We are always looking for experienced, energetic, flexible Therapists and Marketing Reps, who are willing to go one step beyond the ordinary to accomplish their mission for their prospective careers at CardioFlex Therapy.

We are always looking to improve our staff team and add specialists who can assist us to reach new heights in the professional world. We hire Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, Marketing Reps, Office Managers, Billing Managers, Administrators, and Physical Therapy Techs. Normally, we receive resumes from many different avenues that we have to attract the top candidates in Broward County. Once we have thoroughly reviewed the resumes of all the applicants, we determine which of the potential candidates would be the best fit for our team. After these decisions have been made by our Human Resources department, we will set up interviews with all of the qualified job seekers.

After bringing the new hires into the CardioFlex Therapy staff, we will train them so that they are able to continue our high standards of work ethic, customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism. We have created a specialized feedback system to increase performance from our staff, and overall corporate output in several different careers at CardioFlex Therapy.
