As an In-Network provider of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, CardioFlex now accepts plans from Health Net Federal Services (HNFS). CardioFlex Therapy performs Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy in our Outpatient Clinic and the homes of our patients.
HNFS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, is an industry leader in developing comprehensive managed care programs for military families and has partnered for more than 28 years with the Department of Defense TRICARE program to provide health care to more than 2.9 million beneficiaries, including active duty and retired service members, National Guard and Reserve, and family members.
