CardioFlex Therapy is proud to support The National Kidney Foundation's community-based initiative to educate about the kidneys

CardioFlex Therapy is proud to support The National Kidney Foundation’s community-based initiative to educate about the kidneys, risk factors for kidney disease, and steps to take to keep kidneys healthy and reduce your risk. One in three Americans is at risk of developing kidney disease. KEEP Healthy will help you learn if you are at risk. The KEEP Healthy Check-up includes:

  • Risk Survey
  • Body Mass Index (BMI): Height and Weight Measurements
  • Blood  pressure  check
  • ACR urine test for albumin (protein) if at risk
  • Free educational materials
  • Opportunity to speak with a health care professional

Come join us this Saturday at the Okeechobee Health Department for your KEEP Healthy Check-up!
