CardioFlex Therapy is currently in need of a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), preferably an Occupational Therapist (OT), for our Outpatient PT & OT Clinic in Davie, FL. This is a permanent part-time position with some marketing responsibilities, leading to a possible full-time position in the future. The Occupational Therapist will be in charge of OT evaluations, treatments, and all documentation needed. CardioFlex Therapy is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and specializes in Orthopedics, Sports Injury, Neurological Conditions, and other specialized programs.
Requirements and Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy, a current License of Occupational Therapy, and a minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
The Occupational Therapist will treat all injuries and conditions of the Hand, Wrist, Elbow, and Finger. The job also entails evaluating patients, making Custom Upper Extremity Splints, and recommending proper splints and DME for patients.
